In charge of the overall quality for the different projects I worked on, from concept definition to implementation follow-up. I occasionally lead service and interaction design activities, including client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstormings. In charge of research, concepts generation and detailed design for the different projects I was involved in. Considering the small size of the office when I joined it, I combined my primary responsibilities with project management activities, day to day client relationship, and even projects scoping and budgeting.
